During this time, the passion fruit ferments with the cocoa bean, giving it an additional fruity flavor. This single origin chocolate from Brazil brings a full texture of lively flavor, and the double fermentation enhances its fruity flavor to another level. You can even smell the fruity passion fruit aroma before tasting.
The butter caramels are crafted from high-quality local raw materials produced in France with over 50 years of history. They contain no palm oil or artificial flavoring. For Whiskey, Brandy, and Vodka, we select 66% Dark Chocolate, Single Origin—Pure Ecuador. Ecuador has been known as one of the best places to produce cocoa, with a history dating back to the 17th century. The warm, humid climate has provided a perfect environment for cocoa trees to grow, giving a unique taste profile to the chocolate. When it melts in your mouth, you can sense a primary note of jasmine floral taste, followed by a secondary oaky and woody taste.
