The butter caramels are crafted from high-quality local raw materials produced in France with over 50 years of history. They contain no palm oil or artificial flavoring. For Whiskey, Brandy, and Vodka, we select 66% Dark Chocolate, Single Origin—Pure Ecuador. Ecuador has been known as one of the best places to produce cocoa, with a history dating back to the 17th century. The warm, humid climate has provided a perfect environment for cocoa trees to grow, giving a unique taste profile to the chocolate. When it melts in your mouth, you can sense a primary note of jasmine floral taste, followed by a secondary oaky and woody taste.
