Placing an Order

We currently provide delivery services exclusively to the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. However, we are actively working to expand our delivery coverage to other markets around the world in the near future. Please stay tuned for updates.

We accept payments via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay  for all orders made on our website. 

All transactions conducted on our website are protected by Stripe’s online payment service. Any data transmitted through Stripe is encrypted using state-of-the-art security measures. Rest assured that your credit card details are never stored on our servers.

Yes, your confirmation should arrive in your inbox within the next hour. And if, by any chance, you haven’t received your confirmation within 24 hours, feel free to reach out to our customer service team at cs@influuntcor.com . They’ll be more than happy to assist you. You can also find all the information about your order in the section “My Account”.

We always skip the invoice in our parcels. Your invoice can be downloaded from the “My Account” section, and we’ll also E-mail it to you when your order sets sail.

Food Safety

Our chocolate is carefully crafted by the Valrhona Company. We use beans from single origin Ecuador.

We use 55% double fermentation dark chocolate, Single Origin—Pure Brazil. Once the cocoa is harvested, it goes through traditional fermentation processes, which give it a lively taste. After the first fermentation, the cocoa is placed with passion fruit for the second fermentation. During this time, the passion fruit ferments with the cocoa bean, giving it an additional fruity flavor. This single origin chocolate from Brazil brings a full texture of lively flavor, and the double fermentation enhances its fruity flavor to another level. You can even smell the fruity passion fruit aroma before tasting.

We also select 66% Dark Chocolate, Single Origin—Pure Ecuador. Ecuador has been known as one of the best places to produce cocoa, with a history dating back to the 17th century. The warm, humid climate has provided a perfect environment for cocoa trees to grow, giving a unique taste profile to the chocolate. When it melts in your mouth, you can sense a primary note of jasmine floral taste, followed by a secondary oaky and woody taste. This floral and woody note makes the best combination with our nutty and meadow ingredients, and our woody and malty taste.

Consistent with our ethical and responsible practices, none of our products include palm oil.

For optimal storage, we recommend keeping our products in a cool environment, ideally between 2°C and 15°C, and away from direct light. Additionally, you may store them in the refrigerator, ensuring they remain in their original packaging. However, it’s important to note that chocolates should be removed from the refrigerator approximately one hour before enjoying them, as this allows their flavors to fully develop. If you have any specific tasting inquiries, our customer service team will be happy to assist when you place your order.

We take pride in using fresh ingredients and skip any preservatives. 

For our chocolate products, their best-before dates is typically 7 days after delivery.
