Legal Notice

It is illegal to sell alcohol to people under the age of 18. By placing an order, the Customer/Client confirms that he/she is 18 years old or above. The Customer/Client shall ensure that no person shall use his/her login to purchase alcohol products if he/she is under age. Also, the person aged 18 or above (identification required) must be present to take delivery, or delivery shall be withdrawn and attempted at another time agreed.
Ordering and Acceptance
1. Order Placement: When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the specified product(s). We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our discretion.
2. Order Confirmation: After receiving your order, we will send you an order confirmation email. This email does not constitute acceptance of your order; it serves as confirmation that we have received it.
3. Acceptance: The contract between you and us is formed when we dispatch the product(s) to you. We will notify you via email when your order is shipped.
Pricing and Payment
1. Pricing: All prices listed on our website are in HKD and are inclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time without prior notice.
2. Payment: Payment must be made at the time of placing the order.
Shipping and Delivery
1. Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are calculated based on the delivery address. You will see the shipping cost during checkout.
2. Delivery Time: We aim to deliver orders within the estimated delivery timeframe specified on our website. However, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you if there are any significant delays.
3. Risk of Loss: The risk of loss or damage to the product(s) passes to you upon delivery.
