Once the cocoa is harvested, it goes through traditional fermentation processes, which give it a lively taste. After the first fermentation, the cocoa is placed with passion fruit for the second fermentation. During this time, the passion fruit ferments with the cocoa bean, giving it an additional fruity flavor. This single origin chocolate from Brazil brings a full texture of lively flavor, and the double fermentation enhances its fruity flavor to another level. You can even smell the fruity passion fruit aroma before tasting.

For Whiskey, Brandy, and Vodka, we select 66% Dark Chocolate, Single Origin—Pure Ecuador. Ecuador has been known as one of the best places to produce cocoa, with a history dating back to the 17th century. The warm, humid climate has provided a perfect environment for cocoa trees to grow, giving a unique taste profile to the chocolate. When it melts in your mouth, you can sense a primary note of jasmine floral taste, followed by a secondary oaky and woody taste. This floral and woody note makes the best combination with our nutty and meadow ingredients, and our woody and malty taste.

Our bourbon whiskey has been aged for more than four years to extract the most from the charred oak barrel. With over 200 years of experience and expertise, the taste of grain and woody flavor perfectly mixes with slight vanilla and caramel notes, making it a perfect match with our chocolate.
Our VSOP Brandy gives you the classic taste of France. Soft and smooth with a hint of grape flavor, and its golden color contrasts beautifully with our nutty-flavored chocolate.
Our Dry Gin from London is made using a classic recipe that includes a variety of ingredients like juniper, almond, angelica root, angelica seed, coriander seed, orris root, and liquorice root. Despite the large number of ingredients, the taste of herb and citrus is perfectly balanced, thanks to over a century of experimentation and expertise.
The black rum offers a strong and powerful flavor. Coming from Puerto Rico, the rum develops an exotic fruit flavor in the tropical environment, with a bit of smoky sweet taste from charcoal. It’s a classic pairing with our sun-dried raisin chocolate.
The reposado Tequila has a unique taste of agave sweetness and aroma, layered with hints of oak and vanilla. It matures in barrels for no more than a year, bringing out a unique side of our chocolate.
Our Vodka, selected from Sweden, gives you the purest and cleanest taste of vodka, with just a hint of grain and doughy bread. It’s a good base for our chocolate and complements ingredients with strong flavors.
