The warm, humid climate has provided a perfect environment for cocoa trees to grow, giving a unique taste profile to the chocolate. When it melts in your mouth, you can sense a primary note of jasmine floral taste, followed by a secondary oaky and woody taste. This floral and woody note makes the best combination with our nutty and meadow ingredients, and our woody and malty taste.
