We selected 66% Dark Chocolate, Single Origin—Pure Ecuador. Ecuador has been known as one of the best places to produce cocoa, with a history dating back to the 17th century. The warm, humid climate has provided a perfect environment for cocoa trees to grow, giving a unique taste profile to the chocolate. When it melts in your mouth, you can sense a primary note of jasmine floral taste, followed by a secondary oaky and woody taste. This floral and woody note makes the best combination with our nutty and meadow ingredients, and our woody and malty taste.

We carefully select the finest raw pistachios originating from Iran for their rich flavor. Then we carefully roast the pistachios until they reach the perfect level of color and their distinctive taste. This gives an exceptional nutty flavor that complements our chocolate well.
Sea Salt
Origin: France
Our sea salt comes from ancient salt marshes in southern Brittany, France. These marshes, where two major rivers—the Loire and the Vilaine—meet and flow into the Atlantic estuary, produce natural gray sea salt. During high tide, seawater enters clay channels in the marshes. Wind and sunlight cause evaporation, allowing salt crystals to form at the bottom of crystallization pools. This gray salt absorbs minerals from the clay soil, giving it its distinctive color. The collection process strictly adheres to natural and manual methods, distinguishing it from the mass-produced table salt typical of industrial production. Its delicate texture and sweet hint of violet fragrance blend perfectly with chocolate and brandy, creating a unique taste experience.
